We cannot complain about the location – Grand Condo is a beachfront development with direct access to Dong Tan Beach. (Several famous restaurants like Sand Bar, Rabbit Resort, etc.)

Gated community, entrance via Thappraya Road (with THE Italian restaurant Pan Pan, Foodmart 24 hours open, Baht Taxi, etc)

Not an easy task to describe the house: 4 en suit bedrooms – 2 of them rather suits with their own living room.

If you need a fifth bedroom you have to scarify the separate TV room (call it

“Man Cave” or Cigar Lounge...) that even has an adjoining bathroom.

If you count the suit style bedrooms you have 4 living rooms, one dining room plus a dining area in the European kitchen (plus a “Thai” kitchen), laundry, storeroom, etc.

Privacy is guaranteed by a surrounding wall....and of course you got your private pool. There is a large public pool a one minute walk away.

To call the condition “as new” or the house “well presented” is an understatement, it looks as it has just been finished and furnished to highest standards.

At 19.9 M it is more than bargain!
